Teaching this class is a part of my journey to becoming a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher
About Me
Oh hi! I'm Cameron (he/him)—a Brooklyn-based, cat dad, with a heart deeply rooted in the practices of mindfulness & meditation. Over the past 9 years, my journey has been one of profound transformation, discovering unparalleled healing, liberation, and joy through mindfulness. This path has not just changed my life; it has inspired a deep-seated desire to share these gifts with others. As a person who identifies as gay I'm particularly interested in bringing healing and liberation to the Queer community.
As I approach the completion of my two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, I'm thrilled to bring this Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation course to life. It's more than a requirement for my practicum; it's a manifestation of my calling to spread peace, joy, connection, healing, love, and compassion.
Whether you're searching for a moment of peace in a chaotic world or a deeper connection with yourself and others, I invite you to join me. Let's explore the transformative power of mindfulness together.

Ways to Support
In keeping with the tradition of dāna, or generosity, which is deeply rooted in Buddhist practice, this class is offered for free. This approach not only honors the age-old tradition of exchanging teachings for generosity but also aligns with my current journey through the practicum phase of my Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. By choosing this model, I aim to make these transformative practices accessible to all, fostering a community grounded in the principles of sharing and support.
